pierogi redux

You’re probably reading this and rolling your eyes. “Pam why are you posting a picture of pierogi again?” BECAUSE IT’S GOOD, DUH. But mainly because I took like half an hour to caramelize the onions this time and threw in some miso paste for a blast of umami goodness. Sweet, salty, and oh so delicious potato goodness in my mouth. Too bad I only made eight.
